Arizona Land Planning & Development, L.L.C and its sister company, State Land Properties, Inc., were both founded by Christine Sheehy in July, 2000. State Land Properties, Inc. is a consulting firm specializing in the purchasing or leasing of Arizona State Trust land. Services are also available to assist clients with obtaining easements, right-of-ways, special land use permits, short-term leases and resolving existing lease issues with the Arizona State Land Department.

Christine Sheehy has spent more than 25 years experience with the Arizona State Land Department, both in a staff position and later in a land acquisition mode representing corporations, home builders and developers. Ms. Sheehy is also a licensed Arizona real estate broker.
