Sheehy, principal of Arizona Land Planning & Development, L.L.C.,
has secured development approvals for more than 25,000 acres of land
in Arizona, coupled with creating award-winning master planned communities.
Her work has included obtaining approvals to build industrial parks,
regional and neighborhood shopping centers, more than 40 telecommunication
facilities, office buildings and numerous residential projects.
Prior to launching Arizona Land Planning and Development, Ms. Sheehy
was the Director of Land Planning for Del Webb Corporation, then the
nation’s leading developer of lifestyle communities. Prior to
that she owned a land planning consulting firm assisting clients with
rezonings, use permits, variances, due diligence, land acquisition analysis,
neighborhood outreach programs and purchasing or leasing Arizona State
land. She received her national certification from the American Institute
of Certified Planners.
