SELECTED ACCOMPLISHMENTS

 Directed
and executed the master planning and securing of development approvals
for more than 25,000 acres of land in Arizona. Projects include Red
River, a 10,000-acre community; a 700-acre resort/residential Arizona
State land property now known as Estancia; industrial parks, regional
and neighborhood shopping centers, office parcels and residential
projects.

While employed by Del Webb Corporation, directed the forward planning
and entitlements for the national award-winning 5,855-acre master
planned community, Anthem.

- Extensive work history in project management and implementation,
land use planning, zoning, land acquisition analysis, governmental
and media relations, trouble-shooting development challenges and neighborhood
outreach programs.
- Successfully secured numerous entitlements: rezonings, general plan
amendments, use permits, variances and other governmental approvals
for development projects.
- Presented numerous zoning and development requests to Planning Commissions,
Boards of Supervisors, City Councils and regulatory agencies including
the state and federal government.
- Experienced in all aspects of Arizona State Trust Land acquisitions
i.e. purchase, lease, rights-of-way, easements and Special Land Use
Permits.
